When we have movie night at home, the crazy-mile-a-minute kid of ours can actually sit down and pay attention to a movie! We were ready to try a movie theater. So, last night we went to the movie theater with AJ for the first time to see Megamind! They messed up the times on the internet and we hadn't originally wanted to see it in 3d, but we had no choice. We weren't sure how AJ would react to the 3d effects. After they promised a refund if AJ didn't enjoy it, we decided to go forward.
After some popcorn and candy--we were ready to go in. AJ was perfect! He lounged back in his chair with his 3d glasses on and chowed down on popcorn and Reece's Pieces. He didn't make a peep all movie. It was a success! He didn't even get scared at the objects that appeared to come towards us.
I don't have any pictures, but we did take the glasses with us and I'll try to get a cute picture of him in them (he sure does look cute!).
