Masterpiece

AJ has become quite the artist. He just told me this is his masterpiece! He also told me this morning that he had to do a courtesy flush. That was another type of masterpiece!

Bananas

While we may be bananas as a family, it is only fitting that Jacob first self feeds with bananas! Yum! And in other news, we took him to the doctor for an ear infection and he weighed in at 19 and a half pounds!

Baby time!

I am about to be an Aunt again in a few minutes! My sister in law has pre eclampsia and the are going in to get the baby via c section due to raised blood pressure and the baby's heart rate. It is a bit early, almost 5 weeks, but the want to keep the baby safe! Updates to come.

Reading

AJ loves reading to his brother and Jacob loves listening. I am so lucky with these two!

Crawling backwards

Jacob has been crawling backwards. I guess the mommy in me is both proud and sad that my baby will be on the move very soon. Here he is playing while sitting on the floor.

Then he dove to the floor and starting crawling backwards within three minutes he was behind the recliner! Ahhh!
